- Molding Systems • Disa Forma green sand molding line with a capacity of 130 molds/hour • HWS molding line with a capacity of 30 molds/hour • Gizak CO2 molding line used for the production of NIHRD hammers and liners. - Melting Systems • One 6 ton holding Furnace • Two 2 ton medium frequency • Two 1 ton medium frequency - Pattern Shop Our pattern shop maintains 200 plus patterns for various parts which we produce. All our current patterns are CAD CAM CNC generated. - Engineering Our engineering group and facility where all our projects start is of considerable size and equipped with up to date tools and software applications to allow rapid preliminary and detail design to meet our growing needs. - Maintenance Shop We have a crew of around 32 technician who work around the clock to keep our equipment running. Whether they need to get a stopped PLC running, of repair a hydraulic pump or change SCRs on a furnace. We are far from most of our equipment manufacturers. - Core Shop The core shop which consists of one fully automatic DisaCore Cold Box and 16 shell mold units produce around 5 tons of various cores each day. Through the use of a recently purchased modern cold box we have been able reduce our rejects by producing very accurate and stable cores at all times. - Internal Machine Shop Our internal machine shop performs all necessary woks needed to keep the plant running so we can deliver our products on time.
